Sometimes members are missing a particular framework required in order to be able to use our IM.
To download this framework,
Cut & paste the following into your browser (the bar at the top of your screen where internet addresses are located):
http://download.microsoft.com/download/a/a/c/aac39226-8825-44ce-90e3-bf8203e74006/dotnetfx.exe
Hit enter, a screen should appear asking you to run, save or cancel.
Hit save and the framework will download itself and save itself on your computer.
Once it has finished downloading, another screen should pop up asking you to run the program, please do so.
