Dear Monica, Hold on and take a deep breath. I know exactly how you feel, over the last 6 weeks I have gonoe from ball of fire around the house to a smoldering pile of ashes. Just started a walking routine and hopefully that will, boost my attitude and metabolism, for not only more energy but maybe a few pounds weight loss.
I think we get so involved in fighting the cravings mentally that after a week or so we just collapse. You must recharge and start taking care of YOU! If a nap is what you need take it, if a snack if what you need get it, if a good cry will help let it flow girl!
You are such a motivator to so many of us here, and the computer graphics is absolutely amazing.
Stay the course and you will feel better soon!
I am cheering for you today...
