You speak about reminding yourself of the bad things about smoking. I suggest you concentrate on the positives of quitting. Remember, although we are saddened by your relapse, you must control the quit and not us. Encouragement for you - you bet. Some folks actually seem like they are binge drinking when they fail and buy a pack. By that I mean they smoke the whole pack and then immediately realize what they have done and start up a gain. You can do this. slivers, Do not be so hard on yourself! We are here to support and not judge so take your time and get back in there. Cut back in the next couple of days. Get rid of all the paraphernalia and don't buy anymore. Keep yourself busier than usual and relax before bed. Start each morning as a non smoker and let us help :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
