It'll come Thaw! A few deep breaths! Yes the sinus thing is very common. Had that one myself! Advil sinus or dristan helps for temp fix. You will do it! Patience! After a while it goes by so fast you can't believe it! Hang in there! One day at a time! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 100 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,500 Amount Saved: $1,055.00 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 6 Mins: 12 Seconds: 46

I have made it 6 days now and for some reason I am having a bad time today. My sinus cavity is angry and I am getting a small headache. My cravings are pretty manageable but my mind keeps telling me it could all go away with a cigarette. I'm not gonna cave but I just had to vent. My intitial goal was make it one day, then one week. I am less than one day from a week without cigarettes. After that the milestone goal becomes a month, then a year and then forever. I will do this. Maybe I'm just feeling impatient and want to be where I was a year and a half nt my last quit. I feel stupid for caving then. I wanna feel smart for quitting now. I hate to wish away time on this earth but its better than puffing it away I guess. Just had to vent.
