Thanks everyone. I kept waiting for 200 days which seems like it never comes and then BAM it is 6 months which seems like a longtime. I've been trying to keep my teeth and gums in good shape and at the suggestion of the hygienist bought a waterpik to flush away the plaque which still comes back even without smoking. Teeth feel so clean and although it's messy water splashes, you should see what food accumulates that gets flushed out. Sorry to gross anyone out.
