Hang in there, its gets better! Really it does. I was the worst when i was quitting, my kids thought I was the devil. I was so moody and angry. I cried a lot in the beginning. But it does get easier and easier and eventually you realize that you are not getting angry anymore and the mood swings have stopped. Thats when you realize that you truly have quit and how great that feels. This is the best site for help and support, keep coming back! I know what your feeling, I don't know your quit date, but I am having an off day today and had a great day yesterday. I am sure people would think I was Bi Polar if I didn't tell them I was in the middle of a quit. My husband still smokes too, but hes down to only a few a day, and even when he hides so I can't see..I KNOW and I get mad too. I try and take this one day at a time and hope somebody will tell me you eventually even out, the urges get less and you feel normal like a non smoker..not like a smoker trying not to smoke. It feels good so I am sticking with it day by day. Hang in there... ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 54 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,620 Amount Saved: $202.50 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 10 Mins: 39 Seconds: 54

This week started of great. Didn't even think of smoking. But the last two days have been hell and heck mixed together. Hopefully it's just the last bit of this crap coming out my system. I miss being normal. I want to be normal. My hubby is going nuts with my mood swings. He smokes himself not in the house and not around me but I smell it on him all the time. So frustrating. But it's getting better slowly but surely.
