Emotion and Craving???

17 godina 0 130 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I had a very bad weekend last weekend (nothing to do with quitting but with a DGI member of my family), which spilled over into the entire past week. It ended on a surreal note yesterday. The point I want to make or, rather, answered, is - is craving attached to emotions? This past week, my craving for a cigarette became almost too much to bear. I never thought of giving in to it but it was strong. Oh, how I wanted to light up. But what would that prove or how would it help? Not in any way I could see. Is this normal? And, no, I'm not giving in or up on quitting. I look at my stat of not smoking now for 80 days and feel proud of myself. At least this is something I can control.
