Good, I am glad its helping...keep that focus. Crying is good, it cleanses. It will probably go on for a few more weeks, or months even, but you can pull through, we are here for you. I have some drawers at home you can go through and clean if you would like!!

THANK YOU!!! I have cryed all day.....I can't stop crying. It comes and goes.... Right now I have just pulled everything out of my desk drawers and I am re-arranging. Strange but its helping..

Again, go someplace and cry for a min, or hide in a bathroom stall and pull yourself together. find a safe place, breath and tell yourself when you get home you can crawl under the covers and relax....project ahead, think of a happy thought and dwell on it, don't let it out of your mind. Kids, fields of flowers, a happy memory from your childhood. You can do this, it is the process of healing that you are going through right now.

Don't know what to say to make it go away, but I can tell you that many here have been through these times. When you get through it you will feel stronger. This is the time when you simply have to trust the long-timers. As painful as it is right now, just know that people here understand, have been right where you are right now, and have come out the other side a little wiser, a little stronger. Do what you need to for yourself right now to get through the day and tomorrow just may have some pleasant surprises. I know you don't feel that right now, but the fog will lift. Hang in there!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going absolutely crazy today. My entire body hurts. My teeth, my gums, my tongue, I have the worse headache, I feel like I am going to hurl!!!! Its been 9 dyas and I can't focus, I can't think, I don't even know why today is harder than any other day? I was doing good. Sure I still wanted a cigg but today its more than just want one I need one. I have pulled out all of my tricks in my Bag!!! I have called everyone I can call. I feel like I cant breathe but I know my addiction is the source of all these problems.....When will this day be over......
