Hello all, 4 more days till my quit day and I am preparing.
What I am having problems with is all of you telling me to try and do something 'else' to keep my mind off of the cravings. Which sounds pretty good except for the fact that I have smoked for 40+ years and there is nothing I haven't done while smoking, fun or otherwise.
So I am asking for some new ideas on 'doing something else'. I have walked and smoked, I have read a book and smoked, I have used my exercise equipment and smoked...you get the picture.
