Hi all.,
I'll quit again today but I need help in the first 3 dayz ok so I';ll come and post tomorrow for asking help I hope I find some one open .because my country time is morning  when in usa and canda is evening any way I wanna thank everyone for support and asking about how I'm doing that care make me didn't want to quit quiting .

        It's great to see that you have not quit on your quit!!!  It can take several attempts for some of us.  You might consider going through the milestones of the Program once more in preparation for this quit!  Remember the 6 P's that I have mentioned several times in the past,  "Proper  Planning  Prevents  Piss - Poor  Performance"!!!
 
       Map out your plan for this quit, prepare your responses for the craves that you know you will encounter, get a quit basket prepared and prepare mentally!!!  If you really want this quit MORE than you want to smoke, then you will NOT smoke when a crave hits you!!! You will distract yourself, run, eat carrots, climb on the roof and yell "I  AM  NOT  A  SMOKER"... you will do anything except smoke!     POSITIVE  MENTAL  ATTITUDE   and   N. O. P. E.!!!  
 
      You can do this!!!
