Shell, You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Hello everyone I am new to this group and new to anxiety, I think. I have always been anxious but until recently my anxiety has taken over so to speak. In March I experienced a panic attack at work and it left me wanting to run away as far and as quickly as I could. The following morning I had another one. Since then I have had many more. I made the big mistake of researching the internet and started diagnosing myself with many disorders. When I read about some of the symptons I begin to wonder if I have the same problem. Does anyone else do that? Well I am now seeing a therapist. I have started effexor and ativan. Sometimes I can manage and other times I get really panicky. I feel like I am always nervous. I have had panic attacks but I generally always feel nervous. Is that part of panic disorder? I don't neccessarily fear the next attack I am just always nervous about what is wrong with me. I think, will I go crazy? I constantly worry about that. I would appreciate your answers. Thanks
