Well, I'm back to having attacks...I really want to be strong about this. I mean that I don't want to let them get the best of me. I know when I am going to have one, and I want to stick it out. However, my urge to flee the situation occupies my every second at work. Unfortunately, my work is rather slow-when I am busy, at least I have something to focus on. I don't know how to control this, I mean that I haven't found any techniques that my mind does not deviate from. Anyone have any thoughts?
