Obsessed about Acomplishments

I have similar feelings, I used to enjoy painting, but haven't done any for a year, although I set up my easel to start again about three days ago. I also have been studying Chinese letters, and I have become tired with that. I don't know much why I'm holding myself back, I've been obsessed with starting a business lately and can think of hardly anything else. But I know I NEED to get back down to these things for my own health and well-being. So I will be listening for some solutions too. :confuse:

I have something that I have been dealing with regarding my anxiety, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how to deal with this. I have been having a difficult time doing things, anything at all, that requires some structure or organization. For example, homework, riding a bike, making a meal, writing in a journal, painting, and all sorts of things that I enjoy other than the fact that I am so scared that I'm not doing it "well enough", or that I won't get everything I need to get done, done. The only things that I have managed to do today are watch TV and take a nap. Any time I try to do something else, I get anxious and start obsessing about getting the "important" things done first. Any suggestions?
