Fallgirl, You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find our Depression Test. This test is not a diagnostic tool and is not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. This may help better assess the situation. Our online support group is very helpful and knowledgeable and can be of great assistance. Please post often and let us know how we can help. If you have any question or concerns with our site or please contact Support Department at support@depressioncenter.net. We are open to any questions or concerns you may have. Hope this helps, Josie _________________________________ The Depression Center Suport Team

My guess (and I am NOT a doctor) is that your hormone levels are playing havoc with your "chemistry". You need to discuss this with your doctor as soon as possible. Your dosage may need to be changed. Are you seeing a psychologist? Sometimes they can offer coping mechanisms as well. I was on zoloft, then paxil, and now wellbutrin and celexa plus an anti-anxiety medication. With me, each medication worked for a while and then I needed to be switched to something else. I have talked to enough others to know that this is not uncommon. You really need to talk to someone with medical knowledge. good luck!

Hi. I just found this site and I'm glad I found it. I've been on Zoloft for many years now but it just take the edge off and I am now starting menopause and my life is starting to go out of control. I feel lost, scared and hopeless. Other drugs have not worked at all. I don't know if I should try yet another or just hope that talking to someone here can give me other ideas as to what to do. Thanks to anyone who replies
