Hi I am using the patch. I have noticed that once in a while I get a muscle spasm at the site of the patch. Has anyone ever experienced this? Apart from that and the nightmares ( I now take it off at night) everything is fine. Wow I sure react to medication but it's worth it I will not smoke. Marie

Yes, muscle spasm is very common apparently. I used to take off the patch at night as well - didn't have nightmares, but used to have disturbed sleep with the patch on
