Hello Members,

We have a new Health Educator joining us.  Her name is Sylvie and her work/educational background is in Nutrition and personal training.  She also has education in yoga instructing and Mind Body awareness.  She offers a great perspective to add to our discussions and we are excited to have her join our team!
