Go to your Session Diary and click on the tab 'program reference tools'. At the bottom is a list of the lessons; they are .pdf files. However, you can't open the files until you first complete the lesson online. Of course that doesn't mean you must read it online...just click next until you finish the lesson.

I just wondered if anyone could tell me if there is an easier way to print off the first session other than page by page. I find it hard to read too long on a screen so would rather have it in print? Thanks for any help you can offer.
