Is there a blood test to tell you if you are deficient in certain areas (eg. serotonin, etc)? If so, can you have it done and work your recovery around the deficiency? I ask this because I have been constantly up and down with this depression and even with medication I can't seem to get ahold of it. And the meds I do take make me so tired that it just doesn't feel like it's helping. This is frightening because I can't imagine life like this forever. :( In the program we were talking today about deficiencies but never got a chance to ask this. If anyone can enlighten me I would be most grateful. Thank you
