Goofy,

That's alright, it was just a slip as you said (hope you took your next dose as scheduled). In your Mood tracker you can leave it as 'No Medication' and fill in the dosage that you would have taken.  Hope this helps!  Let us know how else we may help you.

Okay, after all my strategies implemented to remember my medications.  I forgot today.  Do I put that I didn't take meds in my mood tracker, or put the prescribed amount in there.  I'm a bit frustrated with myself, but trying to think besides when things were a bit mixed up with dad (1x and I didn't have any strategies implemented), trying to remember when I forgot to take them  before that - I can't remember, so I guess that is successful - just one slip up with strategies in place in a long, long time.

However, I don't know how to document it in mood tracker.

Thanks
