how to be regular?

   Most people under-estimate their potential, but plan to do too much and too fast. I think your problem is that your initial goal is too big for you.  Try something smaller.  When you can do it regularly for a month,  then add a little bit at a time.  If you add too much, you will become irregular again.  This is my experience.

Thank you for writing.

Understand that everyone has their weaknesses, and these can be moments for growth. Being able to do things regularly is a skill, and something you can definitely.

What is one thing you would really like to make regular?
I encourage you to pick that one thing and work at doing it. Reward yourself when you do so.

Be kind to yourself, and be patient. If you have a day where you are not able to do something regularly, use positive self talk. Say things like “ I had a difficult today, but tomorrow I’m going to get right back on track. I’ve been making great changes, and I will continue to do so”.

hi,
 
i am going through program. but i have a problem. i cant do anything regularly.cant keep regular records.
also in my rutine life i plan so much,like daily exercise,breathing exercise,to cut down tea ,not to sleep in day etc
but failed to do it regularly. i am irregular in anything since childhood. i want to do things regular but..........
 
i dont understand how to bring regularity in my life.
 
any suggesions ashley?
