A couple of sites that have good recipes -- sparkpeople(com) and the other one is whfoods but I'm not sure if it's a net or a com. WH stands for world's healthiest foods.
For snacks, I eat apples (pink lady, gala and fuji are the best apples) sliced with cheese (laughing cow), Special K snack bars (90 calories), grapes, watermelon, almonds (11 a day), cherries if they're in season, mini bel cheese rounds, string cheese, hard boiled eggs, rosemary and garlic triscuits with hummus, celery with a little peanut butter, 100 calorie snacks (oreo, chips ahoy, etc), etc. Be sure to watch the salt content.
