Hi all. I started my quit over again as I slipped up yesterday. However, that slip up did NOT solve ANYTHING! Just made me upset.

Thank you. I think one of the main reasons that I picked myself right up is that I realize that smoke solved nothing. Only complicated the situation MORE.
