Help! Problems using SSC tools

For the life of me I can't figure out where to download the Instant Messenger or the Quit Meter. I go to the Glove Compartment and I click on the links to these tools and all I get is a description of them with screenshots. I am really lost. Someone please help!

Well I just solved one of my problems, the one with the Instant Messenger. For all those trying to use it, you have to disable pop-up blockers and if you have a Internet security software you may have to disable/reconfigure that as well. If anyone knows how to get the Quit Meter downloaded, I still need help on that.

Danielle, Thanks, I couldn't locate the link for the Quit Meter so I did use the feedback link at the bottom of the page. NewPapa, It has recently come to my attention that the quit meter may no longer be available for download to your desktop. Newpapa, Your glove compartment is located at the bottom left of the homepage. There is a blue icon below the picture of the roadmap marked click here. This will take you to your glove compartment and allow you to change your quit meter. There is also a link to download the quit meter onto your desktop.
