I have these kinda attacks from time to time too! The first one was really scary, like you've both described. The other ones have been just as bad but a bit better cause at least I had something to compair it to. But yeh, no physical sensations, just intense fear. I don't know what's worse! :confuse: So glad you've brought it up though.

Hi Nurseboy I'm new here and I'm glad I found this site!! I have also had attacks like the one you described It freaked me out because it was different from the many attacks I've had. I'm soooo glad you mentioned it it makes me feel better. I thought for sure I was going crazy.

I noticed something today as I had a whopper of a panic attack. My heart doesn't race and I don't sweat. I just feel terrible dread like I am losing my mind and then I started bawling like a baby. It is strange that physically nothing changes!
