When you are looking through posts you need only to click on "add buddy" to add it to you IM, it will update automatically!

If you launch the instant messenger the list should come up, but I have found I often have to add names separately. Also, some of the older members are using an earlier version(5), and that doesnt seem to be compatible with the newer version (6) on the instant messenger.

Where do you go to view who you have added to your buddy list? I'm usually pretty good with computers but I can't tell if i'm not seeing it or if there is a broken link somewhere.
