It meant so much to me that it actually ranks higher in my memory than 'One Year' and that is because at 100 days you are still raw and fighting hard to maintain your quit.

Congratulations on that first 100days!!!! It's quite an achievement. Now aim for the 2nd hundred....you are getting there!

Like yourself, my longest quit was 120 days and I kept aiming to beat that number. Once you do that the hill does not seem so high. You seem to have the determination this time and I wish you a wonderful summer in God's own country!
