You may not remember but one day I was hopping mad about work so I posted. You were the first one to write back that I should go for a walk which I did do and felt way better. Don't know if I would have smoked that day but thanks to you, I'll never find out the answer to that question!!!

And Kelly towards the end of the second year and the beginning of the third year, you are going to be totally in awe at how wonderful you feel. It all gets pulled together, everything you have worked so hard for feels better than one might imagine possible. You are approaching the landing!! Mark these words.

Rock and Angie, I haven’t had the pleasure of chatting with you much thank you both. I see both of you closing in on some major milestones, six and one month. Those first few weeks can be iffy, touch and go, however barrel through those temptations. At a good age to quit, the both of you, besides smoking makes people wrinkle.

Congrats!!! 3 years is outstanding. Where has the time gone. You have been here for so many of us and welcomed some of us back. You are a positive example of what quitting is all about. You don't sugar coat it, you just do it. Thanks for putting a path down that we can follow. Onward to another smoke free year. Yes, I do believe you are on to something.
