Welcome newbies!

There's no doubt about it - quitting doesn't happen at once. It’s physically and mentally impossible for you to wake up in the morning, throw out your pack, lighters, matches and ashtrays and say: “That’s it! I quit!” – and not experience withdrawal symptoms and never think about smoking again.

So, congratulations for being here! You’ve made the right decision and we’re here to help you succeed. We know how you’re feeling because we’ve been there – we’re also former smokers. Believe us, once you’re fully quit you’ll be amazed at how better you feel about yourself and how great of an accomplishment quitting is. But it doesn’t happen all as once.

Members,

Please share with our newest additions the moment you began contemplating quitting!
