Disputes V

That’s it for the topic of disputes. You have plenty of new material to think about and work towards.

Try using one or many of the problem solving skills when faced with a dispute. Use thought records, communication skills, problem solving, communication analysis and putting yourself first to try to get a better understanding of the problems in your relationships and change how you behave in those relationships.

Don’t limit yourself to using these skills with just one person. They can be applied to spouses, significant others, family, friends, co-workers and bosses/management.

Think back to a recent dispute, how do you think you handled it well and where dould you have improved?
