I owe a lot of it to Stop Smoking Center.  I would have never gotten past the first few months without all the great support I found here.  I ate so many raw carrots during the beginning of my quit, that my skin quite literally turned slightly orange.  My family still teases me about it!  If you are at the beginning of your quit, hang in there.  It gets a LOT easier.
