Members, It is important to ask your doctor and pharmacist before taking any medications, as they know about dosages and side effects as well as your own medical history. Jen, Have you kept a diary for each day? This may help you pinpoint why you are having these symptoms. Continue to work with your doctor and perhaps bring him copy of the anxiety test and a copy of your journal. This may help better assess the situation :) Keep Strong, Josie _______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi Jennifer, I also get slightly weird behavior with my heart in the sense that it seems to skip a beat when I get anxious and stay anxious for a long time. What has worked for me (no clue if it will work for anyone else) is a magnesium supplement I take daily (100mg twice a day). It seems to relax me a little and does away with the skipped beats. Once again, no clue if it will help either your anxiety or your heart flutter, but it does help me. Chris

Hi everyone, just looking for a little advice. Lately I have been getting a lot of heart palpitations that feel like fluttering in my chest. I went to the doctor and had an ekg and the doctor said it was probably just from anxiety. Does anyone else gets these everyday? Any suggestions of what I can do to make them stop? I don't smoke or drink or have any caffeine in my diet. In addition my hands are constantly shaking now...anyone one if all this is just from having anxiety for so long? Thanks so much
