Thank you all for replys..i did take a hot bath, some tylanol, and hubs gave me a good rub down too,i feel better this am,not a much pain...i do have meds for it,and do take them,my doctor gave them to me,but i only take them when i get bad pain, like yesterday!
It will be ok,it happens alot when its cold,or the weather is changing....its a bummer at times, but its part of  what will seend me into my panic and anxiety attacks too,so i really hate it when that happens, doing deep breathing, and walking, and streching, does help me,but there are days, that even that wont work!

Hi bren67 and Debora,

Sounds like you two ladies are in quite a bit of pain. Have either of you checked with a doctor regarding your concerns?

Please let us know,

Sonia

Bren,
I just went for a walk, and had to brave the wind for half the walk.  Hope you're feeling better.

Bren,  I can so relate to you on this, I too suffer from arthritis & curvature of the spine & also broke my spine 10 years ago so have immense pain. I ran out of my pain killers 2 days ago, the weather is freezing here and I too have been in agony. I tried a hot bath and all the usual stretches etc but still ache so bad. Luckily I have my medication now.
I hope you are soon feeling better I  know its hard but try to stay positive. P.S try a warm milk with a little rum in, works a treat

Hi Bren,

I am sorry you are in pain. A long hot bubble bath sounds good that should help, I know we are getting a cold front down here too, in the low forties, cold for us, and my knees have been hurting, that does not scare me through for some reason, I guess I figure it wont kill me and I have so many other fears I guess I dont think about the knees as much. Does tylenol or alleve help? My grandmother had arithis and I know when it got cold she would be in pain, she would dress warm and layer, she lived to ninety years old through, she was tough I wish I was more like her. I hope you feel better as the night goes on, keep warm~!

I am having some ovarian pain that is scaring me today, I had it last week and it went away now its back with lots of urinating, my husband and son are going on a event tommorow all day, so I am going to be alone so my Aunt says it might be nerves, lets hope, they will be gone about 12 hours, please let me know how you are.

Gees, getting old is not for sissys!
Anyway,i have to remind myself, thats part of life, and i have to deal with set backs at times and take it easy,,,i have also been dizzy headed too,but i think thats a little anxiety trying to creep in too...going to take a long hot bubble bath tonight, that should help!
