I wouldn't worry too much about it. Your body has been sensitized from being tense for so long. My advice would be to try some light stretching and exercise followed by a hot bath or shower. Your body aches are most probably from tightened muscles and/or tendons. If you are worried about it you can always talk to your physician about it but I would try the stretches first. I hope this helps. Just know that feeling like this is natural and medication may help with your anxiety symptoms but the body itself needs to move. It's just the way we're built. hi you guys how are you all doing. i have a question for you all, why is it sometimes you feel ok but still get aches and pains all of the time. i am currently on 10mgs of citalopram a day, although feeling ok i am still feeling alot of the symptoms.dont know if this makes sense because it doesnt to me. ] :confuse:
