Pretty damn good,...it is absolutely FABULOUS! I remember some of your posts. You were very committed. I am so glad to see some quitters getting this done in their 30's. You will be soooo thankful for the rest of your healthy life that you quit while you were young..and believe me SF..you are young. Awesome accomplishment..we are very close in our year anniversary.
