I think its probably very common Chloe. Its probably why most of have ended up in the ER at one time or another when we are panicking. We are sure that its something else. When I get light heated and feel dizzy I wonder if its my blood sugar and if I'm diabetic. If my heart starts racing and my arm starts to tingle, I wonder if I'm having a stroke.

Hello Chloe, Hypochondria is a preoccupation with physical health and body. It is common for hypochondria to occur due to another illness or inconjunction with an illness. There are many treatments available to help with this disorder. I woul recommend that you tell your doctor how you have been feeling, this way they can amke a proper diagnosis. Susanne

Does anyone suffer from hypochondria along with their anxiety/panic. I always think that a symptom for something minor is actually something major and worry about it until I make myself sick. What is this all about??
