Dizziness and Headaches

I agree we do all feel them and we do need to deal with them effectively, but my point was I know that I make the feelings worse by concentrating on them, if I felt a feeling before I went to bed, then this was the first thing I would check in the morning, so in that respect I know I am making things worse in my own head, I make the symptom worse. I was just hoping to put across that unfortunately all I have found that works is distracting myself.

I don't think these things are in our heads I think they are really real and everybody feels these things - they are normal and we are normal its just we are super sensitive to these feelings and tune in to them more than others. I think we need to learn to accept these feelings by learning to deal effectively with them.

I have similar feelings to you that I suffer narly every week. The biggest fear I have in relation to my anxiety is being dizzy. I haven't found a way to make it go away for good yet but I keep hoping! /this week I am convinced my body is leaning to one side and I will fall over, I know it isn't but that doesn't make it go away! I have found that eventually I wake up one day and the feeling has passed, my best advice is to ignore it, easier said then done I know, but you have to remember these things are all in our heads, I think if I have made it happen, I can make it go away.

I am having problem with managing my panic cycle, if i have a cold or flu or have not slept well during the night my head feels bit heavy and i automatically think i am feeling dizzy and now that my head is feeling upnormal i am going to faint, anyone having ghe same problem. if you do how do you solve it, i know there is nothing wrong with my head but the problem is the way i interperate these sensations. Thanks lily
